ShipCon offers a series of 5-day Erasmus+ job shadowing programmes in Barcelona, Spain, hosted in collaboration with outstanding educational institutions, which are long standing partners with ShipCon Formacion. These mobilities are designed for teachers, trainers, and education staff who wish to observe inclusive practices, digital innovation, and project-based learning in action. Each programme combines school observations, interactive workshops, and cultural visits to provide a rich professional and intercultural experience.
Role of ShipCon Formacion
ShipCon Formacion participates in these mobilities as a Supporting Organisation within the Erasmus+ framework. The job shadowing activities are hosted by local partner schools and educational institutions in Barcelona, which act as the host organisations. ShipCon Formacion is responsible for the coordination and organisation of the mobility, including programme preparation with the host school, accommodation arrangements, local logistics, and overall support to participants throughout the mobility to ensure a well-structured and meaningful learning experience.
Programme 1: Inclusion & Diversity / Intercultural Education
This programme explores inclusive and intercultural education practices in Barcelona, Spain. Participants will observe classroom strategies that support migrant and multilingual students, discover innovative approaches to social integration, and learn how to create welcoming, diversity-friendly school environments within their own institutions.
