Erika Zulkute serves as the General Manager and Training Coordinator at ShipCon Group of Companies. Over the years, she has been actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations, including financial management, strategic planning, and the coordination and implementation of projects funded through both decentralized and centralized programmes of the European Commission (EC).

Her extensive experience in administering EU-funded projects, such as FP7 and Horizon 2020 (H2020), has equipped her with a strong background in technical and financial project management, as well as a deep understanding of EU funding rules, regulations, and compliance procedures.

Erika also has substantial expertise in Dissemination and Exploitation activities, contributing strategically to enhancing project visibility, impact, and sustainability. In addition, she has played a key role in the organization, management, and promotion of numerous professional training courses and workshops, particularly within Vocational Education and Training (VET) for the Marine, Oil & Gas, and HSSE sectors.

Recently, Erika has expanded her professional activities by establishing companies in Italy and Spain, further extending her commitment to delivering high-quality educational and training services across Europe.
