CANCELLATION POLICY – COURSE/TRAINING FEE
ShipCon, as a customer-oriented company, which values & respects its customers, offers the possibility to all its customers to transfer the paid course/training fee to any ShipCon confirmed – future – course, without any additional administrative charge. Moreover, it offers the possibility to a school/organisation, which already paid the course/training fee, this course/training fee to be transferred to another participant from the same school/organisation to any ShipCon confirmed – future – course.
In case participant is asking for reimbursement of the course fee less than 2 weeks before the commencement of the course then there is an admin charge of 50 Euros. In case of participant is asking for reimbursement of the course fee less than one week before the commencement of the course there is an admin charge of 100 Euros.
CANCELLATION POLICY – FULL PACKAGE FEE
In case of a cancellation of more than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course the whole Full package fee can be transferred to another confirmed course without any additional admin charge.
In case of a cancellation of less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the course, only the course fee can be transferred to another confirmed course
