ShipCon Limassol offers a series of structured 5-day job shadowing programmes in Cyprus for teachers, trainers, and educational staff under Erasmus+ KA1 mobility.
Each programme focuses on a key European priority — digital innovation, inclusion, sustainability, and vocational excellence — and combines school visits, observation sessions, and practical workshops.
Participants gain hands-on experience, share best practices with Cypriot educators, and develop action plans to transfer new knowledge into their home institutions.
Role of ShipCon
ShipCon participates in these mobilities as a Supporting Organisation within the Erasmus+ framework. The job shadowing activities are hosted by local partner schools and educational institutions in Limassol, which act as the host organisations. ShipCon is responsible for the coordination and organisation of the mobility, including programme preparation with the host school, accommodation arrangements, local logistics, and overall support to participants throughout the mobility to ensure a well-structured and meaningful learning experience.
