Admin Manager & Training Coordinator

Erika Zulkute holds the position of Admin Manager & Training Coordinator at ShipCon Limassol Ltd. since February 2015 and she has been actively involved in all activities of the company, including the management of projects that are funded by decentralized and centralized programmes of European Commission (EC). The administration of these EU funded projects, such as FP7/H2020, has equipped Ms. Erika Zulkute by a wealth of experience in project management (technical and financial) as well as in EU funding rules & regulations.

Moreover, she has a wealth of experience in the specific areas of Dissemination & Exploitation. Erika Zulkute has been actively involved in the organisation, management & promotion of numerous trainings and workshops for professionals working in the Offshore Industry, in the area of ‘Vocational & Education Training (VET)’ for the Marine, Oil & Gas & HSSE sectors, such as, NEBOSH International Technical Certificate for Oil & Gas (NEBOSH IOG), NEBOSH International General Certificate for Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH IGC) and OPITO Minimum Industry Standards of training for Oil & Gas (OPITO MIST), among others.

Head Trainer – QA

Angela is a highly experienced Trainer/Consultant in Operations Management and Care Services with particular specialism in Autism.

Qualified in Social Work and a degree level qualified Operations Manager, with a background predominantly in care services. For a period of 24 years Angela managed teams and Operations, including all aspects of business development, Strategic Planning and implementation, and Operational Management, at Senior level.

Angela has worked with UK Investors in People as an Assessor, and trained as a Health and Safety/Risk Manager, – she is highly experienced in Quality Audit including Care Quality Commission (CQC) UK, for whom she was Registered as a Service Manager. During her long career Angela has worked within UK Social Services, Health Service, Education and the Voluntary Sector – she has also been seconded to the UK the Prison Service.

In her work for a UK National Charity Angela was trained in ‘Facing the Media’ and undertook numerous TV and Radio interviews, also being published in journals, and National Press.

Since relocating full time to Cyprus in 2012 Angela has delivered both Management and Autism training as a freelance trainer, in UK. Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates. Angela is currently involved in the development of specific Training Within a 3 year ERASMUS project and will be delivering training in Cyprus, Croatia and FYR Macedonia.


Christopher Walvin has circa 30 years’ experience working within the health and social care field for the statutory, voluntary and private sectors both at local and national level.

An enthusiastic and focussed individual who has proven successful experience of business start-up and development, working in challenging and demanding situations. An outstanding communicator with a proven track record in building positive relationships with customers.

He has a lot of experience in the field of day care service for adults with Austism, learning and physical disabilities. Worked in The National Autistic Society (Leicestershire). In 2001/2003 was an Accreditation Advisor, NAS in Autism Accreditation Quality Programme. Christopher also worked as Professional Advisor for Aspergers Support Group (18+ Social Group) where he has been offering professional advice and support to the group leaders in relation to Aspergers Syndrome. 

Recently worked as Company Director at Accredo Support & Development ltd, where he provided specialist care services for people with learning disabilities or mental illness (specialising in autistic spectrum condition).


Shumran Hafoudh is an experienced trainer and counselor in the field of immigration who works for various public and private institutions. He lectures courses focused on providing immigrants with basic information on their rights and obligations which are bound to their residence in the Czech Republic, whilst supporting their integration into Czech society. The main areas of his specialty are residence permits, employment, business, education, culture, health care and social security. In relation to employment he conducts specific workshops focused on strengthening communication skills of unemployed immigrants to help them access the Czech labor market. His training experience also includes working with officials and other public authority representatives who are in contact with immigrants or who are in any way interested in the topic of immigration. The development of his skills in the field of immigration gradually led him to the establishment of a recruitment agency, Foreign Employment Services, which focuses on immigrants and endeavors to work closely with employers on integrating them into their workforce.


Martin A. Phillips (Dr) is a well known, much loved and admired older veteran of Special Needs Education in the United Kingdom. He was in his prime an extremely flamboyant character and pioneer who succeeded in bringing the plight of the lack of specialist provision for the education of Dyslexic pupils to the attention of the various Education Authorities in the 1970’s. He was the well known companion of the late Dr Hornsby and also acted as Chairman to the Hornsby Centre Charity. He wrote, administered, lectured and ran the successful distance learning programs, for the majority of the period almost single handed. Later he played a pivotal role in forming CReSTed,The Council for the Registration of Schools Teaching Dyslexic Pupils which still exists today. He appeared in the BBC 2 Television Series Q.E.D. programme ‘Lost for Wurds’ on Dyslexia. He was given a very well deserved PhD by a Kuwaiti University in the 80’s as recognition of his tireless charitable work promoting Special Needs education in the Middle East and Cyprus.


Mary Ann Phillips (Dr) holds Diplomas in Higher Diploma in Education(Hons) and in SpLD (Distinction), a Doctor of Education (2005) & a Bachelor of Science (Psychology Hons). She was in charge of high ranking professional positions, such as Director of Studies &  Headmistress, Old Rectory School, Head of SpLD Department (St Mary’s School), among others. Moreover, she is a visiting Lecturer, British Dyslexia Association Conferences, co – Course Director, Hornsby International Dyslexia Centre, Edinburgh and a course Director, College of Teachers (University of London) Diploma in Dyslexia.

She is an associate Member British Dyslexia Association, a Member College of Teachers and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Dr. Mary Ann Philips is a Co – Author of Screening Test for Identifying Children with Specific Learning Difficulties Form Alpha (co-authored with Prof. Hornsby and Dr Martin Phillips) Ann Arbor Publishers 1999 and Guide To Special Educational Needs  (Ann Arbor- Publishers 2005).


Dinka H. Spirovska, MA, MBA is an educator with over 18 years of international experience in the professional world and academia. Spirovska was a full-time faculty member of the Journalism and Mass Communication Department at the American University in Bulgaria (2000–2016), five of which she served as Department Chair. In the USA she taught courses and labs at Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts and at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. With expertise in teaching, communication, curriculum development, accreditation reporting, presenting, writing and editing, Spirovska promotes holistic, multi-disciplinary approaches to education, lifelong learning and empowerment of individuals and organizations. Current focus is on design and delivery of professional development programs in the areas of visual literacy/communication and ICTs in education.


Jasmina Troshanka is a graduate from the Institute for Special Education at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje with specialization on “Mental retardation and autism”. Then she went on to obtain her PhD  in Special Education and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Philosophy -University ‘Ss. Cyril and Methodius’- Skopje, FYROM. Jasmina has participated in many conferences and symposia in relation to SEN & Autism (ASD) and she has a wealth of training and professional experience in this area; she was a trainer  in the “Regional support for inclusive education”, a project supported by the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Education and Science, where she delivered a training on ‘Students with autism in the educational processes aimed for teachers from mainstream school’.

Jasmina is a co-author of the article on the Conference “Team approach in the medical rehabilitation of children with disabilities” Union of special R. Macedonia and the Association of Physiotherapists of R. Macedonia Gostivar and she has participated in trainings as part of Erasmus+ projects, such as “Equity and Social Inclusion trough Positive Parenting”, among others.

Jasmina is currently the Vice President of the Macedonian Scientific Society for Autism and Member of the “Macedonian Montessori Association.

Michael Hughes has 44 years’ experience in Operational Risk roles with the British Army, Hong Kong Police, a Middle East intelligence service and security consultancy/training. He has worked in Europe, the Arabian Gulf, Egypt, Lebanon, Cyprus, Hong Kong and the Caribbean. He is certified by examination to CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional, ISO27001 – Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor, IACIS – Member of the International Association of Computer Investigation Specialists, DipIISec – Diploma in Security Management, International Institute of Security (UK). His consultancy/training work has covered security, safety, crisis management, business continuity, information/data systems, telecommunications, software/hardware development/integration and computer forensics. Example client types are retail, manufacturing, hotels, financial institutions, educational institutions, airports/airlines, seaports, oil/gas/petrochemicals, power/water, mining, F1 racing, coast-guard, government departments and military installations.


David Green is a  safety professional working within the Oil & Gas industry  for some 20 years in both operations and construction. He has worked in various health and safety position within the Oil and Gas industry and he is currently the HSSE Manager and Leadership Team Member for the PSN / BP Onshore Compression and Terminals Integration Project (OCTIP). He has significant experience in delivering training courses and he is an excellent trainer.


Vendula Svecova (MSc) has been working on migration and integration related issues for several years. She gained professional experience working in non-governmental organizations, public institutions, as well as international organizations, and in different environments. Furthermore, she has been working as a trainer of global education and multi-cultural education programs for several years. She gained vast experience in USA while working directly with migrants from Latin America, creating and facilitating educational programs focused on their rights and integration into the society, as well as with other community representatives such as teachers and NGO workers. She  is proficient in creating methodological and instructional materials and experienced in organizing and delivering training sessions.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Law, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development Studies.


Federica Di Bartolomeo has a Masters’ degree in “Modern Linguistics and Philology” (University Gabriele D’Annunzio, Chieti, Italy). Besides, she specialized herself with a course for language teachers in multicultural contexts (University of Siena, Italy) and since 2010 she has been working as a language teacher of adults and kids with a cognitive approach. After ten years of yoga practice, she is also attending a certified yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance International).

She also took part in the exciting start-up scene in Berlin, working as a Content Manager. Although it was a great experience, after more than two years in a really multicultural environment she realized it was time to come back to her authentic, true passion: Education.

Currently, she works in Barcelona as a teacher of children and as a trainer with particular expertise in the fields of Culture, Education, Psychology and Linguistics. Aside from her mother tongue and English, she can fluently speak German, French, Spanish and a bit of Portuguese, but she always keeps working hard to improve her skills as a polyglot because she thinks that learning new languages can be the key to better understand the world.


Vivijana Kicošević is:

• Certified Cambridge ESOL Teacher (English for speakers of other languages) with more than 13 years of classroom practice

• Certified Speaking Examiner for Cambridge English language Assessment, Teaching both general and exam courses for Cambridge certificates

Vivijana Kicošević is owner of “Umbrella Language Centre” Novi Beograd, Serbia where she is:

• Teaching English as a foreign language,on all levels

• Providing translation and proof reading to several clients such as: Mozzart Bet (the largest chain of betting shops in the Balkans), Eko – Hellenic Petroleum, Serbian Ministry of Agriculture…etc.

• Specialized in translating legal content, as well as various texts related to gaming industry
